5 Months!

Shopping at Harmon's....being a little festive. There are more Easter photos to come. We just need to get them off of Anthony's camera. We had a blast hanging out with his cousins, Aunts and Uncle as well as Grandma Kris and Grandpa Doug up in Park City!

Cory rolled over for the first time unassisted on April 22nd while visiting the Halverson's. Such a show off! He's 5 months old today (April 26th). The time has just flown by! He's just so much fun!

Good Little Sleeper

Cory has started sleeping through the night (with the exception of a night here and there). This is a FANTASTIC thing since I will be starting work soon and I'm sure I won't get a chance to nap with him anymore.

All Caged Up

Here is where Cory will most likely be spending a lot of time. We are downstairs in the office. My sister Dawnell let us have this playpen and I'm thinking it will come in handy when I'm working again. I just got a call from the contractor company and will find out what the plans are going forward regarding my job. The position has been approved, now we just need to find out if it's really worth our while. I'll update once I know more.

UPDATE: The job was officially offered to me. The title is "IT Project Lead I" aka Project Manager. I think I'll take it (I hope I can manage Cory-Monster and work!). It will be 20 hours a week working from home with the occasional visit to the Murray office. I have to let the contracting company know my answer tomorrow morning, then the "hiring process" begins... i.e. security/background check and drug test. They think my start date will be May 2nd. I'm hoping this is the right move for our family!

Anthony's 4th Half Marathon!

Anthony ran the Salt Lake City Half Marathon this year. It was his 4th time running it! Cory and I were there at the finish line to greet him. His time was 2 hours 9 minutes and 22 seconds (02.09.22). Way to go!

Gratitude

My sweet mom emailed me last night reminding me that I forgot to thank my wonderful dad for his help with installing the appliances. The truth is, I'm spoiled! My dad and mom are always there at the drop of a hat to help us that I took it for granted. They are the example of who I want to be. Thank you for your help!

My wonderful in-laws also dropped everything to help us finish up the installation. Helen came over and cleaned my kitchen after the installation (and trust me, it was soooo dirty!). I don't think Keegan minded making a fort out of the dishwasher box. We have the best family.

I am truly blessed.

New Appliances

Anthony spent the weekend putting in our beautiful new appliances. I'm so spoiled! He worked so hard! What a wonderful hubby. I've since used the oven, broiler, range, microwave and the dishwasher! I just need to try the convection options in the microwave and oven.
