Rocko the dumpster diver

There have been several occasions where we've come home to a bathroom full of tissue on the floor and half eaten Q-tips (see Rocko's birthday gift to Anthony). Rocko has been caught several times with his nose in the can. Our bathroom waste basket has a lid, but he's figured out that if he nudges the can a bit with his nose, he can open it and get all the "goodies" inside. I guess we need to figure our another way of keeping him out of our "business".
